Mahopac Point on Lake Mahopac
Mahopac Point is a 52 acre peninsula parcel located on the southern shore of Lake Mahopac. Mahopac Point is a private community with just 92 homes, many of which are waterfront homes. Once a community of just summer homes, Mahopac Point has transitioned to all year round residents. The point is located right near the entrance of town where Rte 6N and Rte 6 meet. Most of the lakefront homes in Mahopac Point are located on Tamarack Road, Sycamore Road and Locust Lane.
