Sycamore Town Park

Sycamore Park is located at 790 Long Pond Road in Mahopac and is where the Carmel Recreation and Parks Department operates. Sycamore Park is 32 acres, 18 of those acres are fully developed for water and land activities. There are 4 tennis courts, a baseball and football field, large sandy beach, picnic area and a playground area. There is also a hand ball/paddle ball court and a concession stand. The playground area has slides, swings, monkey bar, tunnels all situated within the 5,700 sq. ft sandbox. The picnic area has tables and BBQ grills. Summer camp is also held in the park. Also located on the property is the Sycamore Bark Park, a 1/2 acre park for dogs to walk and play.
